Owen went with Chris and my dad to the lease a couple of weeks ago.
They said he did AWESOME!!!!
He was very quite and “on the look out”.
Of course it isn’t deer season, they were hunting hogs…they saw several, even shot at one.
Owen has a BLAST!!!! This is the first of many, many hunting trips.
By the way….Ella and I had a girls day 
May 13, 2012…Mother’s Day.
Our precious daughter turned 5 YEARS OLD!!
Where did 5 years go?
It seems that just last week we were learning how to be parents.
What an incredible 1st Mother’s Day gift!!!
Ella has become such a very fun loving, tenderhearted little girl.
We celebrated Sunday, her party will be in a few weeks.
We love you to the moon and back sweet Ella!!!

Last month Wee School had their annual fundraiser.
We ate yummy fajitas, had a silent auction, live auction and watch the precious children sing!
Owen wasn’t real excited to sing in front of an audience.
Ella had a blast….she doesn’t have a shy bone in her body.
We won Ella’s class project in the live auction.
Ella is not much into soccer this season.
We decided that she would not play next season, until she is interested again.
She really dreads the games…she tells me she can’t win every game.
I’m wondering if she means that she and one other girl (there are 6 on a team) are really the only 2 that are aggressive.
I’m hoping she wants to play again, she is too good to not ever play again.
We have had fun this season…only 2 more games.
Saturday we started our day with these!
Our sweet, sweet neighbors across the street brought these to the kids.
That afternoon we went to church for an egg hunt and hot dogs.
Ella & Owen were divided into age groups and made a craft.

Owen wasn’t real excited about hunting for eggs, he just wanted gum!
Ella loved hunting eggs!
That evening we colored eggs.
The Easter bunny left the kids baskets out on the back patio this year.
They got books, bathing suits, silly putty (please don’t bring that again, Easter bunny), clothes & of course CANDY!
Sunday after church we went to Nana’s to eat and the kids got more & more goodies and more CANDY!
I’m so thankful for these 2 sweet babies!!!!!
This past weekend I turned 35! (March 17) yes St. Patrick’s Day!
35…how did time go by SO fast?
Chris and I drove to Llano, Texas.
We stayed at a BEAUTIFUL bed and breakfast..Walden Plantation.
It was right on the Llano River.
We arrived there around 3:00 Friday afternoon.
We ate dinner at Inman’s Kitchen – home of turkey sausage…yummy!!
Saturday we got massages, then had dinner.
Oh, by the way, the breakfast each morning was amazing!!!!!
We had a very fun and relaxing weekend!
