Ella's "Big girl Bed"

We converted Ella's bed to a full last weekend. We had to put the side rails on, because it is really high. She has yet to sleep in it, I guess this will be my bed when Owen gets here. Anyway, it's still cute. :)

Owen's Room is coming together....

We have been working on Owen's room. His furniture was delivered about a week ago and we are slowly getting things put together. The girls at work gave me a shower, so I have washed all of the clothes I received and put them away. Now, we have to wait for Lisa to paint something on the walls. More pics to come.

Ella meets Noraida

Yesterday (5/23) my good friend Aida had her baby love. They are doing very well. They arrived at the hospital at 1:00pm and she was born at 5:17pm. Aida did it without any pain medicine. Noraida weighed 6lbs 10oz and 18.5 inches. She is just beautiful!!!! I'm so proud of you Aida!!!! Can't wait to see you all again soon.

Ella thinks Noraida is the cutest thing. She sounds so cute saying her name. She woke up this morning saying Baby Noraida. I think this is a good thing for her to be around a newborn, to prepare her for Owen.

Ella's 2nd Birthday Party

We had a great time at Ella's party Saturday. Ella had a fantastic time, playing with all of her friends. We had a full house:) We requested on the invitation, in lieu of gifts, to donate to The Make-A-Wish Foundation, but not everyone could refrain from buying Ella a gift(THANK YOU!!!) We are so grateful for all of our friends and family who could come. We enjoyed seeing all of you :)
We had cupcakes from Sprinkles, they were delicious!!! If you have not tried them, you really should.
Now off to planning the 3rd Birthday Party.

Happy 2nd Birthday Ella!!!

Chris and I had a little party for Ella last night. As you can tell she loved making a BIG mess of her cake!!! Her party is really Saturday. We can't wait to see all of our friends and family. Pics to come on that...
We can not believe Ella is 2 years old! It kinda makes me sad :(
She has grown way too fast. I didn't ever understand that expression until now. She has been such a blessing in our lives! I love her to pieces:)

Two years ago today, I received the most precious gift, ELLA! Of course her Birthday does not fall on Mother's Day this year, but what a wonderful Mother's Day gift, your first child. I'm so blessed!!

Ella's early 2nd Birthday gift

This was delivered yesterday. My mom AKA Nana bought this for the kids, but wanted it here for Ella's 2nd Birthday Party. Ella loves it!!! :) Now, when Owen comes along we will not have to go far for Ella to get out of the house to play.

My grandmother wanted to get this for Ella, but unfortunately she never got to do this, so the next best thing bought it for her. Thank you Nana, you will never know how much we appreciate this gift. God Bless you, Ella is so lucky to have you!!!
