A Perfect Spot

Yesterday while I was getting ready, I put Owen in the bathroom sink. He fit just perfect-he could see me and himself. It seemed that he enjoyed it.
Ella needed to try this perfect spot as well. She enjoys watching the beauty tips. ha!

This is what happens when Ella puts a CD in the toaster...

Yesterday morning I put a Pop-Tart in the toaster for breakfast, while it was "toasting" I smelled a burning smell. I thought maybe it was a mixture of cleaning products and the dryer???? Mid-morning Ella wanted toast, while her bread was "toasting"- I smelled the same burning smell! I decided this time to look into the toaster, it looked to me the heating element was burnt, so Chris took the toaster outside to the trash can. The lighting was a little better outside-he brought the toaster in and said "there is a CD inside" he fished it out and sure enough, Ella tried "toasting" a CD. Of course it was not in a place where she could plug it in and really toast something. The funny things kids do!!! :)

Squash

Oh how Owen LOVES squash!!! He ate an entire container and some of another. You can see in the pics that he was really reaching for it. He is a mess to feed, he tends to put his fingers into his mouth while I'm feeding him. :)
Squash is by far his favorite at this point.

Got Milk?

When Ella ask for milk, she follows me to the fridge...as I'm pouring her milk. She will ask-is that milk from Braum's? She says other milk is YUCK!

Owen is 5 months old

I can NOT believe next month Owen will be 6 months!!!! He has grown way too fast :(
He is rolling every where and really trying to get up on his knees. He has tried carrots and green beans, I think so far he likes the green beans better. He loves, loves, loves his sister...when she is being nice to him! Ha!
He has been such a joy to our family the last few months, can't wait to see what is next.

Happy Birthday Spencer!!!

Yesterday Chris's family came down to celebrate our nephews 11th birthday. They also had to come to town to get Spencer's new dog(Kaiser which means King in German). His dog went to doggie heaven on 12/23/09 :(
So, he got another little buddy...Kaiser is sooo cute.
We had lots of fun playing the Wii, eating pizza, eating cake, having fun with silly string outside and playing with Kaiser!
